What is the difference between baby hand and mouth wipes and ordinary wipes
1. Ingredients
Wet wipes are used to clean the baby's mouth and hands. The skin in these parts is particularly sensitive, so alcohol, essence, preservatives, fluorescent powder, fully sterilized water and other ingredients cannot be added, otherwise it will cause baby allergies. Ordinary wet wipes do not have such high requirements. Alcohol and preservatives are generally added. Some wet wipes will also have a faint fragrance. This is the essence of essence. And this wipe has the functions of cleaning, sterilization, disinfection and so on. Ordinary wipes generally only have basic cleaning functions. Functions such as sterilization and disinfection require special sanitary wipes and disinfection wipes, and these wipes are not suitable for babies.
2. Material
The cost and price of wet wipes mainly depend on the non-woven fabric. Baby wipes generally use spunlace non-woven fabrics, which are divided into two types: straight-laid and cross-laid. Baby hand and mouth wipes generally use cross-laid mesh, also known as vertical and horizontal mesh, which has tensile resistance and basically does not deform, and the cloth is thick and not easy to penetrate. Ordinary wet wipes basically use straight-laid non-woven fabrics, which have poor tensile properties, are thinner and more transparent, and are easy to deform and fluff, causing discomfort to the baby.
